Custom Tinsel Fringe HALTER Top- Provide Your Own T-Shirt for HALTER TOP

Do you have t-shirt you love that you would like to make fabulous? Send Caroline your t-shirt to be customized into a Tinsel Fringe HALTER TOP! These are great for that special show or event you are attending.

• Purchase price is to customize your t-shirt into the tinsel fringe halter ONLY.
• Price covers the modification of t-shirt, tinsel fringe, all materials used to make top and labor to produce. Please note that if there are any other special requests outside the above (example: added embellishment), there will be extra $ charges incurred. Please message us first if you are thinking more customization.
• Once you purchase, please send a photo of your t-shirt and size of t-shirt via Instagram Messenger (@caroline.liz.b).
• After details like top dimensions and tinsel colors have been discussed via message, we'll give instructions on where to ship your t-shirt.
• Shipping your shirt to Caroline will be at your own expense. If it's a special/valuable shirt, we recommend insuring the package. We are NOT responsible for tracking or lost packages.
• Upon receipt of your t-shirt we'll review tinsel and dimension options again.
• Once you approve (and purchase) your custom top, we'll make and ship to you.
• ALL SALES are FINAL on custom orders. We have the right to refuse a client due to unreasonable demands.

MADE TO ORDER

Allow 2 weeks (or sooner) for making the top and shipping. Production time starts after final approval of top details and purchase. Be considerate of timing if this is a top you need for a special event or a show. We can't guarantee tops will be finished in time, unless you give us fair notice.

IMPORTANT- making your t-shirt into a tinsel fringe halter top requires CUTTING of the shirt. If this doesn't sit right with you, please consider before purchasing. Once it's cut, it's permanently modified.
