Tinsel Halter Top with red satin heart appliqué trimmed in white vintage lace. Top body is made from stretch velvet panne or crushed velvet, so it moves with you comfortably. Sparkly tinsel is applied in a double row of fuchsia and holographic white. Top ties at neck with pink taffeta handmade ribbon.
carolineliz Tinsel Halter Tops are exclusively designed by Caroline for maximum comfort and sparkle impact. Tops are also design to be somewhat versatile in size. Halter tops have a bit of a drape and swing on the body.
Measurements (taken with garment laying flat):

Across bust/underarm area- 22 inches. Fabric is stretchy so will go a bit beyond.
- Total length with tinsel- 17 inches
Item is completely handmade.
ONE SIZE. Model bust measurement is 36 inches and top is loose. Loose fit can best accommodate sizes S-XL. The larger the bust the more fitted the top will be.

Tinsel & Ruffle trim tops can be cleaned with a fabric re-fresher and spot cleaned on t-shirt body only. IT IS NOT recommended to machine wash, dry clean or submerge tinsel or ruffle trim tops.
Color tinsel may transfer on lighter color fabrics, especially if it gets wet. Take care if wearing with white or light color clothing.
Tops made of vintage fabric and t-shirts can be handwashed in cold water and hung out to dry.
